- If you are a voting member of the Olive Hill Cemetery Association and will not be able to attend the meeting, you can easily delegate your voting power to the OHCA Chairman for voting at the Memorial Day Meeting in your absence. (click here)

the public and the press. The final agenda

4. Old Business – issues raised and/or tasks assigned in the last meeting (2024).
- Still looking for a company willing to clean and repair monuments (and enhance lettering). Moore Custom Monuments looks promising for cleaning but they don't have a real history of repairs.
- New gate installed
- Camera installed.
- Moyer's maintenance contract continues until March of 2026. The secretary communicated the potential issues with the grass clippings and ants in the sprinkler controls.
- No decision about the west fence and entwined wooded trees and plants -- there was significant tree trimming by Moyer in September.
- Ordered the LED upgrade for the security light but OGE could not complete the request without access to it with their commercial truck equipped with a liftgate
- Did any volunteers to check on the work of the property maintenance?
